Steven Andres, DVM
 Dr. Steven Andres grew up in a rural community 60 miles west of Chicago. He graduated in 2000 from the University of Missouri, School of Veterinary Medicine. He Dr. Andres began his career as an associate at Misener-Holly Animal Hospital in Rogers Park and then became Chief-of-Staff at City Cat Doctor in 2004. In 2007, he began his own practice at Clark-N-Oak Animal Health Center so he could again work with dogs. He is a member of the AVMA, ISVMA, CVMA and is the attending veterinarian for the IACUC committee that monitors ethical research practices at Loyola Lakeshore Campus.
Today, Dr. Andres' approach to medicine is prevention first followed by diagnosis and treatment, when necessary. He is knowledgeable and willing to discuss all options available for our 4-legged friends. Dr. Andres believes that daycare facilities provide a healthy outlet for our pets while we tend to our busy schedules. Health concerns that may be otherwise missed are quickly caught and treated.
